The Miami Herald reports that, in response to the threatened strike of UNICCO employees at MIA tomorrow, Commissioner Joe Martinez has intervened. In exchange for a delay in the airport strike, he is attempting to bring about a resolution to the dispute.
Now is the time for us to make a really strong showing at tomorrow's rally downtown, which is at the county government building where Commissioner Martinez works. Let him know how much support the workers have!
