Ashe lock-down

It's Wednesday at about 2.30pm. A peaceful group of chanting students, faculty and workers marched towards Ashe to protest outside. At this time, Ashe is completely locked-down again. The Administration has locked all the doors, no-one can get in or out. Why are they doing this?
